1. What types of plants do you sell?

We specialize in indoor, outdoor, air-purifying, and decorative home plants. Each product is listed with care tips and pricing.

2. Do you offer home delivery?

Yes! We provide doorstep delivery in most cities. Delivery charges vary by location and order size.

3. How can I place an order?

You can order via WhatsApp or by filling out the Google Order Form.

4. What payment methods are accepted?

We accept UPI, Paytm, PhonePe, Google Pay, and bank transfer. Cash on delivery is not currently available.

5. What if my plant arrives damaged?

If your plant is damaged during transit, share a photo with us within 24 hours of delivery and we’ll replace it or refund as per our return policy.

6. Are these plants real or artificial?

We only sell real, living plants. Each plant is carefully nurtured before shipping.

7. Are your plants pet-safe?

Some of our plants are pet-friendly while others (like snake plants or peace lilies) may be toxic to pets. Always check the product description for warnings or ask us directly.

8. How often should I water my plant?

Each plant has different watering needs. We include a simple care guide with each plant you order. Generally, indoor plants need watering once every 5–7 days.

9. Can I keep these plants in an air-conditioned room?

Yes, many indoor plants thrive in AC environments, but avoid placing them directly under air vents to prevent drying out.

10. Do you include pots with the plants?

Yes, most of our plants come with decorative plastic or ceramic pots. The type of pot is mentioned in the product description.
